Eight Days To Glory, Thursday (Maundy Thursday)

Summary: The curtain rises once again. Reporting of events during the last week of our Lord’s earthly ministry has been silent since Tuesday evening. Wednesday was no doubt spent in quiet reflection, away from the crowds, perhaps with the disciples, preparing for the final trip to Jerusalem. A new “fullness of time” is rapidly approaching. This day is often called “Maundy Thursday.”
